MR.LEE YAN YAW · EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Yan Yaw is a versatile industry giant with over 20 years of experience across the residential, commercial, and industrial property sectors. His senior leadership includes roles as Chief Operating Officer of SBC Corporation Bhd and CEO of Setia Awan Group (KL), steering major projects nationwide. A qualified accountant and member of The Malaysian Institution of Accountants, he is currently the Executive Director of MaMing Holdings Sdn Bhd. His expertise is officially recognized, having won the 'Best Investment Centric Development' award for the UniSuites project at the Property Insight’s Prestigious Developers Awards 2020.

MR.CHEW WAI MING · EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Wai Ming is a Strategic Investor and true Entrepreneurial Force. Educated with an Electrical Engineering degree from The National Taiwan University and an MBA from the United States, he brings a unique, analytical approach to business. He is the Founder and CEO of Cres Wellness, successfully building it into a professional beauty salon chain and creating CELLNIQUE, one of Malaysia's leading beauty brands. This entrepreneurial drive extends to property development, where he has held key leadership roles including Managing Director of Paramount 2000 Sdn Bhd and Executive Director of MaMing Holdings Sdn Bhd, overseeing successful residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Malaysia.

MR.RAJ KUMAR SHETH · DIRECTOR
A highly versatile professional with over four decades of multi-sector experience in engineering, finance, and risk management. He spent 10 years managing highway and infrastructure projects (Jurutera Konsultants) and ran his own General Insurance agency for 32 years, establishing expertise in commercial loans and private equity. Currently, he is a business consultant specializing in Investments and Real Estate Property Development and is a founding director of Visual Retale Holdings Sdn Bhd (Digital Advertising). He actively directs the Administration, Banking, and Finance aspects of the MaMing group of companies.

MR. CHAI MING KHUEN · DIRECTOR
Ming Khuen, Founder and Managing Director of EastCamp Sdn Bhd and EastCamp Construction Sdn Bhd, is a recognized expert with over 26 years of extensive experience in commercial, infrastructure, and construction works. He is well-known for his crucial involvement in major national developments, including the LEKAS Highway, Lebuhraya Persisiran Pantai Barat, and the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Lembah Kelang, alongside significant township developments. He applies this deep construction and infrastructure expertise as a Director of the MaMing group of companies.

Crucially, he is highly experienced in advising property developers and has served as panel solicitor for key projects like Albury Village and Villa Senja. He applies this essential legal knowledge as a Director of the MaMing group of companies.
